The Blueprint Project was set up in 2019 by Fis Noibi and Ruth-Lily Djaba, two recent graduates passionate about Access and Outreach for the Black community.

Fis studied French and Arabic at Somerville College, Oxford and graduated in 2019. Ruth-Lily studied History and Economics at St John’s College, Oxford and graduated in 2018.
